I’ve worked on global projects ranging from eCommerce implementations and website redesigns to rebranding initiatives and experiential event-driven activations. Working on such a varied set of projects allowed me to strengthen my overall approach to leading teams, managing stakeholders and how to produce, deliver, and evolve products. I’ve led many disciplines through the delivery process and am familiar with the intricacies of each role and how they work together to produce individual and team-based outputs for technology-driven projects. Over the years, I’ve learned how different agencies pitch, scope, staff, and deliver projects which allows me to bring forth a mature methodology to the project management discipline, aids in bolstering an organization’s project management office (PMO) towards operational excellence, and drives go-to-market strategies to be more effective. I got my start in project management by working as a Business Analyst in the pharmaceutical industry. Having this foundation in soliciting, documenting, implementing, and testing user & functional requirements became a critical cornerstone in my ability to successfully plan, execute, and deliver projects across any industry.
